The hotel's location is fantastic, very close to the downtown area. Everything is within walking distance, including a supermarket. The rooms with a large balcony are a great bonus, allowing you to relax and enjoy the view. The staff is friendly and provides attentive service. Additionally, the breakfast is delightful, with a good variety of options to choose from.
I had a minor issue with the wifi, but this hotel exceeded my expectations in other aspects.

We had a great stay in this hotel. Best aspects were its cleanliness, hotel facilities, and location very close to the downtown. It was quiet at night and the staff was helpful. We enjoyed the breakfast and communal games area, perfect for families. There was a supermarket near the hotel, and the Ski Arena Szrenica was just a short drive away. a wonderful experience.
There was nothing we didn't like about this hotel. We highly recommend it to anyone visiting this city.

This hotel offers great value for money with its affordable prices and attention to detail. The location is perfect, being very close to the downtown area and a supermarket. The staff provides excellent service, and the basic amenities are all available. The rooms even come with a large balcony, offering a lovely view of the surroundings. And don't forget to start your day right with the delicious breakfast served here.

During my recent Christmas stay, I was impressed with the cleanliness and friendliness of the hotel staff. The location is perfect for skiing and there was a supermarket nearby for convenience. The game room provided hours of entertainment for me and my family. Additionally, I appreciated the fact that the hotel was pet-friendly and accommodated our furry friend.
The wifi connection was poor which made it difficult to stay connected with loved ones during the holiday season. Additionally, the radiator in the bathroom was not functional, making it uncomfortable to dry wet clothing after a day on the slopes. It was disappointing that there were not more toiletries provided in the room, forcing us to purchase them at the reception.
